I cannot say enough great things about the service I consistently receive from Brenda Henriquez’s State Farm office. The entire team is always professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely ready to help. They don’t just sell you insurance they take the time to understand your needs, look for the best options, and make sure you have the right coverage at the best possible price.

Today was another great example of why I continue to trust this office. I called for assistance and had the pleasure of working with Kendra, and she was absolutely outstanding.

Kendra took the time to research everything I needed and patiently walked me through the information step by step over the phone. She explained everything so clearly and thoroughly that there was no room for confusion. But what impressed me most was that she didn’t stop there. To my surprise, she followed up by texting me all the information we had discussed so I would have everything in writing and could refer back to it whenever I needed.

When I called back simply to thank her, Kendra went above and beyond once again. Without me even having to ask, she offered to double check everything for me to make sure I was completely taken care of.

That is what I call exceptional customer service.

Kendra, because of the way you treated me today, you have earned a customer for the next 100 years! 😊 People like you are exactly what every business needs someone who genuinely cares about the customer and is willing to go that extra mile.
